Return form

 

You can return unused products in their original packaging to us within 30 days of your order and receive your money back. To create your return label, please click on one of the buttons below:

Please fill out the return form, print it, stick it on the shipping carton, and drop off the package.

Please also note the following important points:

  • You would have to cover the shipping costs to us, as, unfortunately, as a startup, we do not yet have the resources to cover all shipping expenses.

  • If you are returning from AT or DE, you can generate a return label via the links above (Post or DHL). The return shipping costs of €4.50 will then be deducted from the refund of the purchase price.

  • For returns from the rest of the EU, as well as Switzerland or Great Britain, you unfortunately cannot generate a return label. In this case, you would therefore have to send the package back to us yourself and bear the full return shipping costs.

  • For returns from non-EU countries: Please clearly mark the package as a return and enclose the original invoice. This way, additional customs duties and import sales taxes can be avoided.
    • Returns from Switzerland: Please always fill out an export declaration (depending on the standards of the respective shipping service provider) and clearly mark the package as a return. Here you will find more information on the process for returns from Switzerland.
    • Returns from Great Britain (UK): Please always fill out an export declaration (depending on the standards of the respective shipping service provider) and clearly mark the package as a return. Here you will find more information on the process for returns from Great Britain.

  • For returns, the products must not have been filled or used with liquids or food.

If the product arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly due to a system error, we will of course cover the costs.
