Return form
You can return unused and originally packaged products to us within 30 days of your order and receive a full refund. To create your return label, please click on one of the buttons below:
Please fill out the return form, print it, stick it on the shipping box and hand in the package.
Please also note the following important points:

You would have to cover the shipping costs to us. Since we as a startup unfortunately do not yet have the necessary resources to cover all shipping costs.

If you are returning an item from Austria or Germany, you can generate a return label using the links above (Post or DHL). The return shipping costs of €4.50 will then be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, you cannot generate a return label for returns from the rest of the EU, Switzerland, or the UK. In this case, you would have to return the package to us yourself and bear the full return shipping costs.

Austria - For returns from non-EU countries: Please clearly mark the package as a return and include the original invoice. This will prevent additional customs duties and import VAT from being charged.

- For a return, the products must not have been filled with liquids or food and must not have been used.
Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, you will receive your refund within 14 days. You can find all the details summarized here: JARLSON Right of Withdrawal
Should the product arrive damaged, or have been sent incorrectly due to a system error, we will of course cover the costs.
