Return form

You can return unused and originally packaged products to us within 30 days of your order and receive a full refund. To create your return label, please click on one of the buttons below:

Please fill out the return form, print it, stick it on the shipping box and hand in the package.

Please also note the following important points:

  • You would have to cover the shipping costs to us. Since we as a startup unfortunately do not yet have the necessary resources to cover all shipping costs.

  • If you are returning an item from Austria or Germany, you can generate a return label using the links above (Post or DHL). The return shipping costs of €4.50 will then be deducted from your refund.

  • Unfortunately, you cannot generate a return label for returns from the rest of the EU, Switzerland, or the UK. In this case, you would have to return the package to us yourself and bear the full return shipping costs.

  • For returns from non-EU countries: Please clearly mark the package as a return and include the original invoice. This will prevent additional customs duties and import VAT from being charged.
    • Returns from Switzerland: Please always fill out an export declaration (depending on the standards of the respective shipping provider) and clearly mark the package as a return. Mark it. Here you will find more information about the return process from Switzerland .
    • Returns from Great Britain (UK): Please always complete an export declaration (depending on the standards of the respective shipping provider) and the package clearly identifiable as a return. Mark it. Here you will find more information about the process at Returns from Great Britain .

  • For a return, the products must not have been filled with liquids or food and must not have been used.

Should the product arrive damaged, or have been sent incorrectly due to a system error, we will of course cover the costs.
