JARLSON Care Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

JARLSON Care is a voluntary additional spare parts service provided by JARLSON GmbH, Vorderholz 2, 5350 Strobl, Austria.

Registered products can use JARLSON Care for 24 months from the date of purchase.

JARLSON Care is intended for selected functional parts that no longer function correctly due to a defect during normal and intended use.

In a justified Care case, JARLSON will provide a suitable spare part free of charge. A maximum of two Care cases per registered product can be considered within the 24 months.

Specifically excluded are normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, prints and coatings, discoloration, loss, damage due to falls or improper use, as well as consumables and wear parts.

To use JARLSON Care, the product must be registered within 30 days of purchase or receipt. In a Care case, proof of purchase and photos or videos of the defect may be requested.

JARLSON Care applies to products purchased within the European Union, with delivery of the spare part within the European Union.

The statutory warranty rights remain fully intact and are not limited by JARLSON Care.
